Here is the current dilemma: Three people are in charge of a project. No progress can be made because at no time can all three agree. One individual is constantly using a loud, threatening voice, throwing around unfounded legal terms, refuses to give up. Even though no legitimate reason can be given, there can be no resolution unless all three agree. How would you handle this issue?
